Return Process

  Log into your account or contact support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all accessories and manuals are included.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
